I'm feeling myself go into another little meltdown type thing.
Possible trigger:
On what may be a weird note, I can't quit hearing a fire burning. It's making me feel more alone and I don't know why. I feel so alone here. Life is being sucked out of me the more I try to breathe. How can one keep this up? What's the point in doing so?

It sounds like you’re in a very dark place in your head. I have been in some very dark places in my own mind before. Here’s something you can try, if you’re sitting down notice the feeling of pressure against your legs and your back. If you’re standing, concentrate on the feelings of pressure in your feet. This can help bring you back to the present moment.

Everything that's happened has been inside my head. I'm dealing with a lot of symptoms lately and I'm not getting much time in between.
