I reached out to a couple of non pc friends today...
Neither of them listened. Both of them shut me down ..... It’s not warm or “safe” in this inner cage

 It's terrible when people who should care about us don't even try to listen. I'm glad PC is here at least. There are many wonderful people here. They would never do that to a friend who's struggling. I'm sure of that. I'm so sorry, please don't give up. I hope you'll feel better soon. Sending many hugs to you

My friends have stopped talking to me too. Last proper conversation didn't end well as I felt a burden. It's been 2 months and I have reached out but nothing. They didn't even celebrate my birthday last week with me.... I give up!

 It is exceptionally discouraging to reach out to friends, people we have regarded as friends, only to find something has changed.
