I’m saddened by the costs of staying alive in this world. The emotional costs of staying alive in this world where so many judge others by what they have “achieved”... where so many beat themselves up emotionally because they may not have (yet) achieved their “potential”

Where mental illness and mental health struggles are still so stigmatised and misunderstood.

Hugs to all who are struggling today

((((((( Fuzzybear )))))))

[Asking myself:]
What do people for whom the psychological cost of living rises excessively actually do?
How often do they engage in various forms of withdrawal?
How often do they try self-comforting activities?
How often do they engage in self-destructive activities?
How often to they mix all the above?
