I have been reading and listening to a psychiatrist IRVIN YALOM..
I am liking what he has to say about death and isolation and freedom and meaningless.... he calls it existential psychotherapy...I just ordered his book---STARING AT THE SUN... |

We need to understand one thing.
We are not dead, that we still can do great things. But we are not fully capable either, that we can never do the greatest things. I think finding balance in our way of thinking will adjust everything in our life. |
