Where is the bus going today?
  Or have we parked it in a field or forest with lovely flowers? I wonder how many can relate to the “cowardly lion” - actually I’ve never read the book or seen the film. I will hopefully do so...Who wants to be Dorothy? Much love to all on the bus

things don't look too good out in the world...
but i see some hope for us depressed and anxious people... they are finding out more about what helps and what hurts us... please be very careful with the drugs that are out there now... they may not be very good for us...better may be coming along... |

hey antidepressants have a black box warning...for suicide caused by the drug..
they can stimulate very much to the point of setting off a manic... that isn't something just from me...there are warnings and my bus friends were smart to not take what might hurt you... |

i am trying to understand who i am really....know thyself...
i would like to have my wife understand me...but that is not going to happen... i need to understand me....i am sensitive and shy kind of... my feelings are hurt easily....i feel like i caused my downfall.. in a way i did because i got into medicine and psychiatry and i was not ready... for that awful responsibility for other lives....trying to help others in such distress... and they would kill themselves....it was awful...i wanted out of there...but never got out...those persons are still with me today...the nurse...the cousin..my friend.. the young brilliant boy... |
