Little Turtle, how do you know you drank too much wine yesterday? Can you tell by how you feel? Do you judge by how much you intended to drink?
No need to share. I'm curious in general about "overindulgence" and how people judge and attempt to control overindulgence.

thanks rohag....i am guessing on this one...it could be something else
causing more depression...but i have been drinking more lately ever since i hit 88 years old....i am closer to death....and i get depressed for who knows what...but i need to watch the wine.... |

i am taking a mental health day right now...wednesday...
i had a fight with my wife...nothing physical...but heated... i am tired of her[ you statements] about me that just aren't true... it makes me very angry...just not true...i am not going to take it... i have taken psych drugs to deal with depression...i think anger is under it... well i am happier today after telling my wife that there will not be silence anymore.. i have kept silent for too much of my life...i am ready to lose everything ....most of which doesn't matter... I AM TIRED OF BEING THE DEPRESSED MENTALLY ILL ONE.....................................thanks for the AS IS BUS |

Staying silent does not help us...
 Did we learn this when we were young? It seems we are not assertive enough to use our voice. Seems to me we need a balance of using our ears and mouth... Some kind loving words to express our needs... A wise man once mentioned something about patience and being kind

i am reading a book about freud...he was addicted to cocaine....
i was addicted to valium....what a wonderful medicine.... so i guess i am recovering...i haven't taken any for 4 months... but i think about it when i feel crappy/depressed... i still keep a supply of valium in my closet just in case.... |

(ETA I deleted it ) I hope people on the bus don't think I'm 'a horrible person' because I'm grrrr sometimes.  I'm hungry. I don't have any salmon. I've already had a bit of chocolate
