I am dealing now with my own decline both mentally and physically...
I am coming up to 88yo...I don't want to leave life...it has been awful at times.. but there have been some damn good times...I don't want to die... I am mostly sad and angry about dying...I am working on it... because fighting it is not going anywhere good... and I do not believe in resurrection... |

I have a mental illness.....and all the treatments helped but didn't wash it away..
it is still there ...better but still lurking in the background...probably some ptsd... and I have no idea what caused it... and I didn't ask for it...and it was not good.. |

this morning I am getting bored with my usual stuff...
I walked some ...had a cup of coffee... now I am thinking about the three things I love---coffee/alcohol/valium... I thought I need a valium...then I thought I don't need a valium...I want a valium.. and I want some wine and some more coffee...I think I may have some problem with addiction...and I also love sugar...but I am not thinking sugar... I am thinking valium...to just feel calm for a little while.... so far I haven't taken anything but who knows how this will go today... |

I have a problem with panic...
after that first panic attack many years ago... I still am scared about returning panic.... in fact when I try to dump my celexa...... after awhile I get a panic thing and return to celexa.. and valium....how about ptsd |
