I wish I could learn to play my harp. I keep trying but no luck..... I want to write an autobiography but I need help. Someone was going to help me but I guess she's too busy.

I don’t like posting in threads which are all about “motivation to do things”
It’s my issue my stuff ... and it’s all the doctor “offered” me... of course I know that “doing things” is necessary. Wow. I’ve survived this long and I’m spoken to as if I have zero intelligence. But I get it, I don’t deserve respect from a highly trained professional. Sorry for the rant  I’m just feeling... like I wish I could ... something I’m not going to post  BTW the whole point of that statement was to dismiss my concerns. I was not allowed to speak  Much love to all. Feel free to ignore my rant

My reading of people is more accurate than I would like to think
 Who woulda thunk it, the bear...... the bear is a wonderful bear. And no grandiosity here Or is there I think some of us have had to develop some “healthy narcissism” in order to survive and to have healthy (happy ) friendships with other lovely bears Can anyone tell me, why do people with a destructive narcissistic pattern sometimes apparently have so little insight into themselves. I was brought into the world by Narcissists (I guess they were very negative people to me as it turned out as I eventually realised they ONLY care about themselves (Not about anyone here) __________________
