The number of times I’ve been excluded and hated because of my allergies

Because I literally can’t be in the same room where a cat or even a dog has been

Because I get triggered by hour long conversations, someone going on and on about their cats.

I’m very happy for an acquaintance or relative who finds this meaning in life from their cats.. and no I’m not talking about anyone here, it’s when the conversation goes on and on ... and on.. I get triggered.

And I become “the bad person” if I ask to change the topic.

I should have known, I’m not welcome, just leave..... I’m not worth their time.. and apparently,, I don’t even deserve respect

How can I find my tribe irl when things like this keep happening if I even venture out of my cave

Whiny butt bear... sorry this is so “trivial”

The “treatment” - steroids is not acceptable,

I’m tired of being locked out

Very sorry to hear that... wish I could do something about it!

Sometimes I seem to be allergic to myself as well.
