Hi everyone,
If you have an inner child, what helps them?

Name one or more things that sometimes helps your inner child when he or she is in pain, or even just for fun if feeling better

Lego
Stuffies

Much love to all here

Hmmm...

I believe I do have an "inner child". Either I have been out of touch with he/she/it for long, or I have subtly integrated he/she/it into my personality unawares.

I do find various types of childhood toys and miniatures oddly attractive and even comforting.

The topic is worth exploring - for me if not for others.

Go bike riding and exercising. And trying to get my mind out of reality (that's hard to do). That really makes me feel like a child.

I feel like I have an inner child. She likes music, games and food. I try to keep her happy. She also likes to color.
