I can definitely relate, mountainstream, and I'm so sorry you're hurting so much!
 Do you want to share a little bit more about it or talk about it a little bit more? You're NOT useless at all, that's just your Depression talking! Depression is like big, dark cloud that doesn't let us see clearly, not even ourselves! That's REALLY important to remember when we're feeling down or when we're being too hard on ourselves! I hope you'll be able to see yourself like the strong, wonderful person that you truly are because YOU'RE AWESOME and YOU KNOW IT! PLEASE REMEMBER THAT! Don't listen to your inner snake! Do you have a support system IRL? Any friends or family members that may be able to help and that you may be able to reach out? Is there anyone else in your life that's bringing you down? If that's the case, I'd suggest to cut off contacts with them as soon as you can! You only deserve to be with people who will make you feel better and who will support you, NOT make you feel worse! Remember that we're here for you if you need ANY kind of support! We all care about you here! We all love you here! Feel free to vent and write as much as you need and want! You know we won't judge you! I promise you that! Remember that we're here for you if you need it! Feel free to PM me anytime! Let me know if I can do somethign to help you! Wish you good luck! They are our feelings They feel real to us Really it is the ego's of others That project abuse To make us feel this way We are AS IS I appreciate you AS IS mountainstream

 I agree that abusers project horrible things onto us... Those horrible things do not belong to us... They belong to the abusers...
