The idea of letting go of negative people.. how does that work in a support group for depression? How do you define a negative person?

I won’t comment... other than nobody is all positive or all negative..
And I have met very few people who don’t have a sense of humour.

I have heard the term energy vulture

People don't like people who they perceive as negative

I think the real reason is not that negativity steals energy
It is the resistance of what is true that drains them

We have empathy for each other
That is uplifting and does not drain me at all....
