Quite a while ago I shared something painful online...
Something very personal and hard to share..
This was over a year ago if I recall correctly..
A reply was quite invalidating.. someone not understanding my pain..
And comparing to other people’s pain..
I realise that sometimes I may have done similar, in real life or online
If I don’t understand something I may have responded in a not so helpful way..
Since all my childhood was about pain and disconnection..
I prefer love and connection to pain and disconnection
Just some thoughts I’m having today..
I wish I could share them with papa bear or a close friend..
Papa bear and my close friends are currently unavailable and I don’t want to “burden” anyone

(Not about anyone on pc)

Love to all
