Samaritan but she was very abusive to me and even cruel to one of her sisters...
I of course “deserved” abuse even as a cub Or So the “adults” told me
But I wasn’t the only person she abused.
Scary
I do have great respect for most Samaritans and people who work on hotlines. My aunt was an exceptionally cruel malignant narcissist
, I only hope she didn’t harm anyone in that vital and responsible role

I’ve “ruined” papa bears meal by talking. His stomach tenses up.

He’s now being sick

I wish it was me who was being sick

I “should” be able to deal with my crushing pain alone. I’ve had enough practice being alone after all ... the parental units made sure of that

The fact that it made him sick - shows he cares enough thinking of someone harming you in that way sickens him. It does not mean you should not talk to him - just maybe find a better part of the day other than mealtime ❤. Papabear loves you. He probably doesn't know how to handle the knowledge of what happened to you yet .. that doesn't mean he doesn't want to know. But maybe give it to him a little at a time. He needs to know so he can help you.

You need to talk so you can heal. What you cannot tell him right away, you can say here or in therapy. *hugs*and love to you.
