There are many times when times get too much that I wish I could be free to delete.

But there are also times that I feel really guilty about feeling that way.

Many have no choice when their life ends.

But should we feel guilty about our pain because we are strong enough to resist?

Living with the pain is very hard for us all. We are surely much stronger than those who don't have to manage our pain?

Much respect and kind thoughts to all those who are in emotional and mental pain.

I understand

Beating ourselves up with guilt repeats what all the abusers did imo

I think we are stronger than those who do not have to manage our pain

Much respect and kind thoughts to all

Thank you dear bear. Yes you are right, I am repeating the work of my abusers. They were very keen on making me feel guilty for things outside of my control.

If only we could be accepted AS IS...

Much respect and warm wishes to all
