I have been told by a professional, a clinical psychologist. that I have a ''personality disorder'' (Cluster C). I am also a bad person. I am sorry to anyone here who I have ever rejected or been rude to. I am not a nice person. I cannot take medication due to severe side effects so please don't suggest that. I don't know why I am still alive. I am not useful and am past my use by date.

Please don't be so hard on yourself. None of us are perfect. We're all human beings, prone to conflicts and making mistakes. It doesn't mean we don't deserve to live.

In my book what you described does not make you a bad person. “Cluster C personality disorders are characterized by anxious, fearful thinking or behavior.” I feel a person has to do some really bad things to be considered a bad person (like things that put you in prison for many years).

I was diagnosed and obsessively reasarched and soul searched to decide what is true and what isn’t and where I am the culprit or it is others. Even if I may have done some bad things at times, I am not a bad person.

We’re all on a journey to grow and improve.

IMO Professionals know very little. Labels No labels, Grrrrr,

We are all a product of our inherited genes and our upbringing and life events. All of this is outside your control.

You are not a bad person at all, you are human and have developed strategies to manage life as best you can.

There are many people who are bad for not making an effort to understand this. I have always found you to be kind and caring mountainstream

Sending much love and hugs
