Trig Fall

Possible trigger:

I know every situation has to be okay in the end, but it doesn't at all feel like that.

Smile Re: Fall

My experience has been that situations turn out okay in the end because we do what needs to be done to make it so. There is a quote I dearly love. It is supposedly advice the 11th century Tibetan yogini Machig Labdrön received from her teacher:

"Confess your hidden faults.
"Approach what you find repulsive.
"Help those you think you cannot help.
"Anything you are attached to, let it go.
"Go to places that scare you."

So my advice is... go to places that scare you.
