it sucks being me...

I’m never pretty enough...never good enough
The abusers are “Strong” and “Wonderful” People
They are “successful people”
Their brainwashing flattens me and makes me bleed
They target me because I’m “weak” I suppose
I can never win against the abusers who want to harm me

Possible trigger:

I’m doomed

To be A Big Fat Failure

I’m hopeless, please ignore me

Thanks everyone for trying to support me, you’re all very kind.

Not like me, a mistake

(Not about anyone on pc)

Fuzzy, you are very kind.

You know your abusers brainwashed you - you keep saying it. So - I suggest telling yourself the exact opposite of what your abusers said. Say it aloud. Write it down. Do it everytime you think of what your abusers said. That will help "un-brainwash" you.

*hugs*

Sorry to hear you are feeling this way Fuzzybear. Isn’t great when you can choose to hang out with someone or not. Sometimes you can’t choose who to hang out with or who is in your class, etc. In a perfect world a person should be able to avoid “toxic people.”

Maybe we need to stop trying.

Accept ourselves.
Let others decide if they want to treat us with respect.
We can decide who we want to have in our lives

This works for me
When I remove abusers
and have dealt with those I can't ignore
I can return to peace

Do not give your abusers any power over you. Do not give those negative thoughts any power over you! Your abusers can go F**k themselves- seriously-say that in your head.."they abused me, the can go F**K themselves. They can F**k off. tell them that if you think the shock value would make a point. You deserve to be free of this torment.

I'm so sorry you're hurting so much, Fuzzybear! I completely agree with what all the other wise, wonderful posters have already wisely said better than I ever could! You've been given lots of great, kind, wise and wonderful advice on this thread! I'd suggest to follow it as much as you can if you want to! Please DO remember that you ARE a STRONG and WONDERFUL person, no matter what they may say to you! I don't believe they are "successful" people, because no one who abuses other people or treat other like this can be deemed "successful" in my opinion! They have certainly FAILED as human beings if they lack compassion and kindness! It is NOT your fault if you were treated like this! You are NOT weak and you CAN win! Just remember that nothing that your abusers have said against you is TRUE! In fact, the complete opposite is! Please remind yourself that! We ALL care about you! We ALL love you! Feel free to share, vent and write here as much as you need to and want to! You know we'll NEVER judge you! I PROMISE YOU that I will NEVER judge you! PLEASE REMEMBER THAT! Keep fighting the abusers and remember that brainwashing is just that. It's brainwashing, it's NOT true! Please do NOT listen to what your abusers say and remind yourself what a generous, gentle, kind, strong, supportive, wise, wonderful person you truly are beacuse YOU ARE! You're NOT a failure and you're perfectly GOOD ENOUGH just the way you are right now! There's no need to change ANYTHING, I mean ANYTHING, about yourself as long as you're feeling CONTEND and HAPPY with yourself! THAT''S what MATTERS the most! How YOU feel and what YOU feel must be the priority, not what OTHERS think of you, ESPECIALLY if they're abusers!! PLEASE REMEMBER THAT!! I'm so sorry you have to deal with all of this, Fuzzybear!

You are good the way you are, Fuzzy. It's more than enough in itself.

I’m unworthy of love or support..
I’m sorry for being so useless
And such a disappointment

You are neither unworthy nor a disappointment. This is where you need to do selftalk. It is the abusers voices speaking to you in your mind right now. So you need to tell yourself aloud the opposite of what they are saying - do it each time you hear the abusers voices.

In this case .. you would say.

"I am worthy of love"
"I am worthy of support"
"I am useful"
"I am not a disappointment"

Say those things (the opposite of whatever you are hearing) at least 10 times ... after a doing that for some time, it will erase the mean things that were told you.
