I think its better if I dont post. Just pretend my feelings dont exist - and rather just help others. I know what others are going through.. (not the experiences and I can never feel the exact feeling bc we all feel different), but I can relate on a strong enough level to be able to help. Problem is - expressing my feelings .. no matter where it is .. just is not a proper thing to do. I'm wrong in how I feel or in what I did or said or something. I am just wrong. Always wrong. At least now .. I can be right at helping others. I was even wrong at doing that for awhile. Maybe one day I can stop being wrong. Til then - I will be as quiet as I know how about my thoughts n feelings concerning myself. I know at times I will mess up and wrongly speak out of turn on that too, so I apologize now.

Anyway.. just saying - I know I was wrong to speak - and sorry.

I think you are perfect (ooops maybe you worry about making mistakes too much) just the way you are.

Please don’t stop posting ... you help me and I’m sure others by being here and posting. You’re very helpful and I appreciate your posts. Also if venting helps even a little then vent as much as you want to. There is nothing to apologize for.

I have often been wrong and have often spoken out of turn.. and have been told this. If everyone who ever made a mistake stopped posting.. then this would be a very silent and sad forum.

I care about you my friend

I would still respond. Would not stop that. Just posting.

Thank you for saying you care and all the kind words.

I just feel like my thoughts n feelings as they concern myself - are not warranted. They just are not "correct" therefore .. I should allow others to speak on theirs, help if I can - and just deal with my own - on my own.

Does that make sense?

Even if our thoughts as they concern ourselves aren’t correct” maybe it can still be helpful to post them?

I’m not in the business of trying to control or silence anyone.. i don’t think anyone here is

Maybe posting might help to work through thoughts?

Well - this is like .. being told you are not depressed when you feel it, or that you are not experiencing the PTSD you have been dx with even tho you know you just had flashbacks that caused you to become anxious (which was also argued that you did not truly feel), or that your anxiety was not truly anxiety, or that you are not aware of how you feel when you become triggered n therefore do not know when you are triggered .. or that you dont know all your triggers after decades of learning them. Or that you are not experiencing psychosis or beginning to dissociate (not as in DID) when you ARE experiencing psychosis or beginning to dissociate even after you have been coached on identifying it in yourself for years.

Basically telling you that you dont know your own mind or cannot identify your own feelings.

Therefore - if I cannot do that - then there is no need for me to talk about my thoughts n feelings pertaining to me on here. I do understand how differing things affect people, so I can help others. I just can't talk about myself.

Maybe that explains it better.
