This depression has gone on long enough!! I'm just done. Now it is starting to change into psychosis... I'm trying not to use a medication for that but it's getting on my nerves. Ok more than that. The meds dot help enough, talking doesn't help enough I just don't know what else to try. I need to get out more... I even cleaned for 2.5 hours today instead of working because the person decided that they would drink there problems away..... I tried to get busy but it didn't help. Now I want to give up on that person!!! That's just not me but this isn't the first time, and I am wanting more. I am getting burnt out and that isn't good. I need to take care of me. I'm also a grad student, I don't need more stress!!!
Had to vent, and maybe it will make sense and someone can help. |

Use cedarwood essential oil for psychosis. Rose essential oil can help with depression.
Rose you just inhale. Cedarwood you put a few drops on one palm, rub palms togethers, cup hands over nose n mouth (without touching lips or nostrils) and breathe natural for 1-2min .. some people only take 30sec .. when you feel grounded you take hands away __________________ Life is not measured by the amount of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away |

Meds never helped me either - usually made it worse.
Essential oils Walking Sunlight Vitamins Certain food Muscle relaxation Visualization Diaphragm breathing Writing or doing anything creative Helping people Playing with/petting/cuddling my dogs (if you have a spouse or loved one hug them or etc) These were things that helped __________________ Life is not measured by the amount of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away |

Thanks for the ideas.
I was in t today and a full hallucination happened. Oh did I wish I had a med but it was home. I took it as soon as I got home. I felt like my body was 1,000s of pounds. I just don't want that feeling to come back. It's been about .5 an hour since I got home. The med should start to work. I just hope closing my eyes gets easier today. What was discussed.... Pain I remember crying in my head but few tears escaped. I am tired now. I don't know what to expect in the upcoming hours. I'm going to try and stay out of my body. I am doing self care though, I want to ignore a phone call from T. I just don't want to focus on it anymore. I made a note of when I took the prn. I just hope I can stay out of hallucinating. What floors me even more is my mood didn't change through out this experience. I felt pretty level. Not happy or sad. Wonder what that's about, do I? May the Fourth be with you.... |

What do you mean "stay out of your body"?

Meaning try to not fall into hearing voices. I got distracted by flowers. And also try not to think about the session from hell.
Does that make sense to you? Or the better word was stay out of my head and not go internal |

Yes, and they sometimes work. Then again I don't use them all the time
