I get tired of being ignored or .. worse yet .. when I complain of something I am told "it's not really that bad" .. but when that person complains of the SAME thing .. suddenly it becomes the WORST thing in the world.

I swear this time through with depression I don't know whether to be angry all the time or so down in the dumps I can't stand it. Its always one of the it seems.

I am tired of it ...

I know this feeling too.

Some people have a knack of attracting much sympathy.

While we are ignored...
Perhaps it's because of our emotional overload?

This is a bad way to feel, I'm sorry.
Your complaints, symptoms, and feelings ARE valid.

I get that too. I guess a lot of people simply don't know how to deal, have terrible advice, have blinkers, or are just plain self-centered.

I wish I had a better answer than to meet as many people as possible to find the ones you might interact with better. I wish I had a better answer because I have such difficulty doing this myself.
