Maybe right now it is the right time to do nothing?

For me there are days to do nothing
Days when I know it is the best thing for me today.
I went through years with nothing being the best thing.

Occasionally now, I catch moments where if my energy and mood allows, I try something.
The trick seems to be to work within my boundaries and not do things when I know they won't work out.
