I can't always remember to take my medication. This week alone I have forgotten twice. I even have a daily pill box & that doesnt help. The suggestion of take it with you eat doesn't help because I don't always eat at the same time. Some days I'll eat breakfast other days I won't. Some days I'll have lunch other times I'll just get a little snack. I have decided that it's not worth the hassle. This was 1 reason I was against taking meds in the first place because I'm too stupid to remember to take them.

Honestly, thats why i moved taking all of mine before bed. Sleep is my only constant! And over the years, one by one, research has decided that yes, it IS better to take this particular med at night, so i eventually became right. I rest my case!

How often do you have to take them?
I only had to do it once a day and I have to wear glasses constantly. So I put the pill bottle on my dresser between the unfolded arms of my glasses which I needed to put on every morning. Something like that which can't be missed and obviates the need for any thinking about it might help. |
