So I am watching my favorite YouTuber play the recently released game Days Gone. It'll be exactly a couple of days, when the game wraps up. I am so attached to the characters in the game I am starting to feel depressed because the end is near. What do I do?

I guess nobody takes it seriously because the issue is apparently light. Not for me anyway. But thanks Fuzzy.

Ugh. Don't make assumptions. It's that I've found gaming to be a helpful treatment for my anxiety and depression. That's why I am attached to the characters. Why would you be offended?

If you have youtube there are endless topics to discover. Do a search for different things. You might stumble onto something you didn't know you were interested in.
As for the depression of something ending, it's natural to feel a let down when something highly anticipated is over. I feel that way when a good movie is over or a much loved series ends. I think the thing is to move onto something else, hopefully just as interesting. I'm sure there is more to you than gaming and pc. __________________ |

I too have found gaming to be a helpful distraction from anxiety and depression .... I no longer play those online games much but there is nothing “wrong” with them if they help you. I’m sorry this game is ending.. maybe there will be something else you find that you enjoy __________________ |
