How do I become “indifferent” to the relentless bullies in the world? They are everywhere I go

Are you indifferent to bullies?

(Not about anyone on pc)

Oh, that's difficult. A percentage of people have little or no difficulty "getting over" bullies relatively quickly, but my impression of your history - particularly early history - tends to make me believe you necessarily have developed a keen awareness of bullies and similar individuals. "Overcoming" a deeply rooted personal survival mechanism is no easy undertaking.

I "enjoy" the blessing and curse of a global depressive apathy and emotional blunting that rarely departs me. Though not "indifferent" to bullies, the anger they rouse in me usually stays in my "cold" mind without spilling over into my emotions.

I think it is okay for us to feel how we feel when we are bullied. It is true and real.

I guess we have to manage our emotions to our best advantage. I try to accept that bullies have their own agenda. We don't have to accept it. We can assert ourselves but I am not good at that. Venting helps....

It shows how strong we are to manage them after all we have endured.

I am not indifferent to bullies

My best wishes to you, much respect and kindness
