Why do the kindest people often apologise for expressing their pain?
Why do people who I’ve never seen be “even slightly unkind” to “even one other person” feel they have to isolate completely to avoid “contaminating others with their negativity” Why can’t this world be more compassionate and respectful of people’s pain, even if it isn’t expressed in a perfect way ... as viewed by society .... When will people irl stop judging people who are in pain and torment __________________ |

Maybe people who have empathy worry about upsetting others. Maybe mean people don’t care if others are hurt or offended by something they say or do.

I don't think they have capacity to understand. Many feel we are putting it on or not being positive enough. We feel what we feel. We cannot simply change our feelings with thoughts (CBT) because our pain is the the truth. I would like to see a TV programme explaining what it is really like for people with long term depression, anxiety or CPTSD. Much respect and hugs to all |
