Overwhelmed and unfocused.

Past several days have been real bad for me. Many times I have felt like crying yet I don't do it. Others on here and elsewhere have tried to tell me it's ok to cry. I respectfully disagree.

Crying, when I was being abused for 15 months was told to me never to happen or I would receive more abuse. So I learned to suppress it and deal. Now it is still hard to show that emotion even though I am upset over a nightmare, flashback, anxiety or depression.
