My job is ending and I'm scared of what's to come. It didn't turn into a permanent job as I had hoped. I've had some good periods when things went smooth. But that can't last for long in my life, I guess. Now I'm back to the void and I'm already feeling bad and I fear this will turn into another deep black hole I can barely get out of. I just can't go through a period like that again. Not one more time. There's too much pain and suffering and I barely got out of it last time. So I'm scared and hopeless now.
I hope you are doing better. __________________ |

I’m so sorry to hear that, Mat. Do you think it would help your anxiety to start looking for another job right away, if you haven’t already? And isn’t Denmark a socialist country? Surely they won’t let you starve...
Or is it more of a concern that you’ll have too much time on your hands and the bad thoughts will take control? |

Yes I fear the dark thoughts will come and I will go like that for too long a time. It was a big part of my worst depressive episodes. I saw my therapist today, and I’m so thankful I have her. I just hope for a more steady life soon with a steady job and so on. I had some good periods with this job, the everyday structure is good for me. Hope you’re doing good too. __________________ |

Mat, I feel I do understand. Exterior structure is so important, I think, when you're struggling with depressive thoughts. Absolutely, depend on your therapist. Sounds as if you have a good connection with her.
Ask to see her more often during hard times, if you can, if you need to. |
