I went to the cookout and had fun and had a great first session with my life coach and took out the trash but I can’t seem to find the motivation to finish the den. I’ll try again tomorrow.

I got off track with a bad day. Today seems to be going better. My three tasks for today are:

1. Take out the trash.
2. Order groceries.
3. Clean litter boxes.

Hope everyone is doing well today. It's a lovely weekend here.

I got off track yesterday as well. Today my MIT are:

1. Float in pool
2. Clean house
3. Edit my vision board/affirmations

I hope today is productive and enjoyable for everyone.

I save images on Pinterest and call that my vision board. I have one with positive images and one with positive affirmations. I think it's cool that you have a vision board as well.

How neat! My vision board is on Pinterest as well! It’s so much neater, more powerful and easier to update that way then using cardboard and cut out pictures I think. I have different categories like travel, fitness, affirmations etc.

I completed all three tasks. I'm really happy about it. Now I need to find a nice reward for myself.

Tomorrow:

I will pick up things in the living room that my cats knocked over.
I will tidy up in the bathroom.
And I will write in my journal.

That should be enough for Sunday to feel productive.

My MIT for Sunday are:

1. Going to the Peach festival with my mom and daughter
2. Cleaning the den
3. Cooking dinner for my family

To reward myself, I will float in the pool and purchase my favorite beverage at the store.

I cleaned litter boxes and played my game a while. I didn't wash dishes but I did take the trash out today. I feel like I've done enough. I will probably relax now with more game play, coloring and reading.

I had a difficult day. I didn't complete my list. I cleaned litter boxes, saw my med provider and slept all afternoon. At least that's something.

I’m having a low energy, low motivation day. I will try to do the 3 things listed and not beat myself up if I don’t accomplish them.

1. Straighten the house
2. Make 3 phone calls
3. Run 2 errands

I did all three items on my list. It was a fairly easy day. I felt pretty good.

Tomorrow I will start a big project to clean my place. Each day I'll do a room. I'll take some days off though just so I don't feel overwhelmed. So, I'll do

1. Clean kitchen
2. Clean litter boxes
3. Work on a painting
