This song, written and performed by Elliott Smith, reminds me a lot how disconnected and ill I am. My entire life comes back to me as a tragedy.

Then again, there's High Hopes by Pink Floyd. Reminds me of my childhood which was quite happier. I am deeply saddened by the music.

And then there's Where is my Mind (I like the cover by Sunday Girl) Which makes me think how I have a loss of friends.

Then there's a Little Push by Mac Quayle. This is the OST of Mr.Robot. It reminds me how everything, good or bad, has an end. Whether you like it or not.

I am at such a great loss. My mental illness has made my life miserable.

There is a song by Avril Lavigne called Nobody's Home that when I get in a state of loneliness and feel like I am the only person that has all this pressure of the world around me on me and there is Nobody Home to help me the song fits so well.
