What qualities would you like a leader of people, in real life, or online (for example pc) to have?
This question was inspired partly by little turtle who very kindly said I have a lot of potential to be a leader on pc. I don’t really agree... not because I’m “bad” or “defective” or any of the lists of cruel labels abusers used about me (maybe deep down they themselves feel those horrible things  ) (for those who don’t know me the step maternal unit was a textbook example of that )(Sorry this turned into a bit of a rant  )Hugs and respect to all

A good leader creates other great leaders and coworkers. A good leader takes care of the people they work with.
