Anyone else relate to giving of themselves until they completely burn out? I expect no more of people than what I myself give, but apparently even that is too much. It leaves me feeling alone, even when surrounded by people. Ive had to pull back from most relationships to recharge.

Having a rough moment.

Sounds to me like maybe you just need to say "no" more often. If these people care about you, they'll understand. If I misunderstand the situation I apologize.

I feel the same way! I feel burn out all the time! Have you checked out Kati Morton YouTube video burnout?
