Mickey, is it possible you could find a different therapist? Someone you feel more comfortable opening up to?

Sometimes it seems so hard to find a balance
We're living in an age when it's hard not to feel pressures, but I think it is important to remain human-like. We are not machines :/
You seems such a nice person, MickeyCheeky!
I agree with the suggestion of looking for a different kind of therapy
Maybe it's also about feeling alone more in general
To have a loyal friendship with someone is a treasure, can be really helpful

Come to think of it, Mickey, we've been around this subject before, haven't we? I think you said you had enquired about getting another therapist and it was not possible? Maybe because it's government-controlled, or something like that? Am I wrong about that?

Thank you SO MUCH guys for your Support! I believe it may be possible to find another one, but I just can't bring myself to tell the Truth to BOTH my Therapist and my Parents! I know the alternative is much worse, but it seems like I just can't do it! I have a mental block! I'm scared! I know I seem like a coward but that's the truth! I'M SO SORRY! PLEASE FORGIVE ME IF YOU CAN, EVERYONE! Thank you ALL for your continuous support! I'll keep you guys updated if there are ANY news! THAT'S A PROMISE!I'm not sure I can bring myself to do another year of University studying something that I don't like! I'm not even that good at it! Thank you SO MUCH for sticking around with me, guys! I hope you ALL know that that's REALLY appreciated! YOU'RE ALL AWESOME AND YOU'RE ALL THE BEST! PLEASE ALL REMEMBER THAT AS MUCH AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN! YOU KNOW THAT'S ABSOLUTELY TRUE! Sending many safe, warm hugs to ALL OF YOU AND EVERYONE! PLEASE KEEP FIGHTING AND KEEP ROCKING AS MUCH AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN LIKE YOU'RE ALL ALREADY WONDERFULLY DOING ALL AND ENTIRELY BY YOURSELVES!

Hey Mickey.

You do alot, for me and for all of us. You are of so much value and have so much empathy. I’m sorry you’re feeling so low these days. That’s totally ok. Just come on here and vent so you can get through the days until it gets a little better. We all know how it feels in here.

I’m just happy there’s a place like this where we can talk to people all over the world who feel the same.

I hope you’re feeling a little better.

Hi MickeyCheeky, I think you are so special as everyone here. And all you have told me in the past about keep going, has kept me alive and moving forward. We are all battling this depression in our own ways and is F hard to do, but I say let’s keep at it until there is no more. You know what works for me, is I throw out the TV is mostly crap and I rather read news than watch videos, the internet is good like this wonderful app we can use, but internet also has a lot of crap so is better to read books on your kindle or library. I am not the best advisor but I like to think I am friend to you and all, and I can count on you too. You know my story pretty much no need to repeat. Things never gotten well and I am trying my best to improve. The world can be a cruel place but we should be able to make it for us as pleasant as possible.
I definitely need you don’t do anything dumb.
Love and blessings,
Your Latino friend in Tokio

Mickey,

So sorry to see that you feel this way about yourself. When I was your age, I felt pretty much the same. I wish I had a magic pill to give you to help you feel better, but that is the seduction of depression. Depression hits you when you are on your knees and crying.

Here is what I do know about you. You have a golden heart that is full of compassion. To me, that is worth more than 10,000 bars of gold. This compassion you have will manifest itself in your life and give you happiness down the road. Your compassionate notes and hugs do not go unnoticed. Listen to your heart and do not beat yourself. Be kind to yourself. Many people on here have witnessed your compassion and help, for that you should be thankful. You are kind to people you may never have met, to met that is worth so much.

Lastly, your notes on my posts have helped me immensely and don't beat yourself up! You are a lighthouse in many people's world on this site, that I can guarantee you.
