Honestly wish I were no longer here
I am no good for anyone or anything. I forget everything.
I don't know if I will be able to continue my disability checks. I am a burden n have ceased to be helpful or useful for anyone or anything.

Sorry to hear this Crypts of the Mind. Do you attend therapy or have supportive friend or family. It may feel like you forget everything and I’m very sorry you are hurting so much. Please use self care and take good care of yourself.

Some days I find it is best not to try...
The bottom of my hole is the best place on those kind of days.
Some time out can help...
Would your inner child spend time with you?

Much respect and loving kindness

I cannot afford the copays on counseling which is a huge reason I may lose my disability .. not enough "evidence" to support continuation. It's not that it feels I.forget everything - I.truly do. I will put my glasses down to play on my phone - 5 min later cannot recall where I put them (this happens at least 5 times a day - no exaggeration), last week I was feeding my dogs .. and could not remember where I put one of the dog dishes after I filled up the food n water in both, I go into a room and cannot remember why, I put my rings down to take a shower n cannot remember where they are after itakemy shower, I just space out when I tell friends I will do something. My husband will tell me he's going to bed , and 5min later I get worried bc I do not see him in the room with me. I seriously forget everything.

Honestly these days I figure those who spend any time (mostly my husband) with me do so out of a sense of duty or boredom n I happen to be there. As far as my inner child - I don't think she cares anymore about anything - too much has happened in my life. We go out quite often, but that only distracts me .. I n right back where I was in my mind once we get home.
