I sometimes wish I could..
Just consider myself deleted
My snake wants me to delete..
And there is no taming her.
People don’t want to listen irl..
My issues are “too complex”
I’ve had anxiety and depression and CPTSD for “too long”

My parental units abuse was “my fault”

Sending hugs, Fuzzy. You know we care about you. Please be kind to yourself. You're none of those things the abusers said you are. Instead, you're kind, compassione, wonderful and generous. We all have a lot to learn from you. It may sound crazy to you but it's the truth! It really is! Please be kind to yourself. Take care, my friend. Keep roaring like the strongest bears do. You've been fighting so long, but remember to rest as well! Strong bears need it too! Keep fighting like you're already wonderfully doing all and entirely by yourself, my awesome, dear, kind, sweet and wonderful FRIEND! Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH You and Papa Bear, @Fuzzybear!

((((((( Fuzzybear )))))))

A snake that won't die and issues that are too complex...
And mental health services that are... Well, that's another issue.
Your friends will listen.

fuzzy, i read a book titled 'healing your emotional self' by beverly engel. the author said we don't have to base our identity on the negative reactions of those who raised us, that we can form our own identity. i started to self-parent and i finally was able to heal some lifelong issues. it's never too late.
