Since I'd been depression free for over a year and a half, I thought I might finally be safe.

Nope.

Last week and especially this weekend, I've realized that I'm starting what has been my annual fall depressive episode. And I've tanked faster than usual. I'm having SU thoughts - won't act on them, and urges to SI - which I'm pretty sure I'll be able to resist. It's just annoying.
I hate this.
