I was doing really well for a long time. Haven't SH for nearly 4 months but over the last month or so, basically I've been slowly getting worse and spiraling. I've never had a lot of friends and I've spent a lot of time with my family, but recently both have becoming distant and I'm losing the things I've been able to hold onto.
My family have been getting more difficult to be around, because of things like their health and their opinions and their drinking habits, which sums up most of the family I'm close with.
Then the handful of friends of I've got have all been getting distanced from me and there's only about 3 or 4 to begin with but they're the people who were there when things have gotten bad and now they're not there and everyone's drifting
and I feel like I'm drowning in my own head and today's news that my oldest friend is moving to Canada (I'm in the UK) has really hit me for 6 and it's starting to feel like I'm losing everyone who holds me together and **** is starting to get scary in my head. And I don't know what to do, because the people I normally turn to just aren't there for me like they were, either physically or mentally and lost, I'm so ****ing lost right now.

I'm sorry you are experiencing so much abandonment & feeling so lost. Hopefully being here on PC can be of at least some comfort & support. Here are links to 4 articles, from PC's archives, that offer suggestions for what to do when you feel lost plus 1 on the subject of building & keeping a circle of friends:
