Got plenty of sleep last night but I'm irritated this morning. My cats are bothering me. I just want peace and quiet. I'm trying to work on my art. I'm doing some challenging things in Adobe Illustrator. It has me a little frustrated. But I think I almost have it. And it's calm at the moment. Today I plan to clean litter boxes, open packages, unload the dishwasher and organize my living room. I also want to spend some time painting with acrylics, drawing and reading. Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday!

I have a really hard time handling days like today where the motivation is low and the depression is high. I’m struggling right now. Nothing is getting done and it makes me feel anxious and hopeless.

- Walk 20 - 30 minutes
- Grocery shop
- Lunch

This morning is a lot calmer. I feel better. I think I got enough sleep. So far I have cleaned a litter box. I have a few more to clean today. I plan to take the trash out and organize my living room. I also want to work on my art and do some programming. Hope everyone's Monday goes well.

I feel better today. Thank you for the hugs and the well wishes. I’m getting things done slowly, step by step. I’ve taken out the trash and recycling, showered, done laundry and talked to my new life coach.

My plans for the rest of the day are: cook dinner for the family, straighten 2 rooms, clean the litter box, line up a hotel for the Labor Day trip and read some of my book on managing emotions.

Plans for Tuesday:

1. Attend water aerobics
2. Clean the den
3. Float in the pool
4. Attend a movie with friends
5. Read my book on HSPs

Yesterday went fairly well. I cleaned litter boxes, did my programming, worked on my art and did some organizing in the living room. Today I plan to work on art, clean litter boxes, read, sleep, rest, relax, do nothing and just chill.

I wasn't able to follow the list.

I feel like I have crashed. I want to do things, but my energy is too low. I don't know how to make a plan that is good for me at the one side and not to "heavy" for the energy I have to my disposition on the other side.

I have decided to try to use the worksheets for Cyclothymia (from the Cyclothymia Workbook). There is a pre-made schedule where you have to fill in if and when you did this and that (out of bed, eating regularly, physical exercise, take meds, go outside and/or other activities).

Sometimes printed sheets are better than apps.

One shall only fill in YES or NO.

That must be easy enough, I hope ...

(PS. Tomorrow I will see my therapist. I have been given a place in a training group at the training center. It starts at Thursday this week. In next week my brunch group will start up again after the summer and so will my hiking group. So so ...)

On my to do list are brush my teeth, wash my face, take a shower and clean litter boxes. I'm too exhausted to do any of it. I will have to snap my mind into zombie mode to clean the litter boxes. And I will force myself to brush my teeth and wash my face. Not sure what I will do about a shower. I wish it wasn't so hard. Maybe listening to some positive affirmations today will help me. I have been busy this morning taking care of all the other things I require for self care and taking care of the cats. I'm starting to get depressed so I better get moving. Hope all of you are well.

I managed to do all of it. I used positive affirmations. And I took a VR (virtual reality) vacation to get in the proper mindset for the shower. It helped me relax and get motivated. I'm glad it's done. I will rest and relax now. Probably take a nap too.

I'm up late. I fed the cats, did my yoga and swept the kitchen floor. I'll probably get some sleep soon. Tomorrow I will clean the litter boxes, take out the trash, do more yoga and work on my art. Hope all is well with you! (((Hugs!)))

My anxiety was so bad that I stayed glued to the couch until I went down to float in the pool. Very peaceful. Listened to some soothing music and chatted with folks. That’s all I achieved today. I will try again tomorrow.
