I've had a difficult morning. I had stressful dreams and I woke up stressed. Finally relaxed after putting some thunderstorm sounds on and did a little deep breathing. I spent an hour working on my art. That helped too. Today I will clean litter boxes, take out the trash and wash dishes. I also plan to read and relax as much as possible. Yesterday ended up being high stress. I deserve a break today. Hope all of you are well! Warm wishes for a fantastic Tuesday!!

I had a good time at the drum circle last night but still haven’t seen that movie I’ve been wanting to see. I’ve been working on the house today, relaxing and doing some inner work. I put a roast in earlier for dinner and I’m talking to my daughter later. Tomorrow my plans are:
1. Bible study group & lunch 2. Therapy appointment 3. Run errands 4. Movie I’m glad the rain is holding off. I hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday. Warm regards to all. |

I've had trouble sleeping. And my desktop died. I've been setting up my laptop to work on. I focused on getting my art tools set up. My work is in the cloud. So I haven't lost anything. Later today I will open a ticket with Dell and have my desktop shipped to them for repairs. I'm installing my favorite games on my laptop at the moment. It's taking a while. I will also clean litter boxes today and hopefully take out the trash. I hope I have energy today. I've been avoiding trash duty for a couple of days now. Hope everyone is well! Best wishes for a wonderful Wednesday!!

I had an appointment with my doctor yesterday. We will try a change in medication.
Today (Wednesday) I will work in the home for 3/4 hour before I make myself ready for a new doctor's appointment (a yearly eye examination). Will make new plans when home again. My best wishes for each one of you! |

I haven't done much this morning, but I did get a shower. I will try to clean litter boxes today. And I will take out the trash. Mainly I will relax. I don't feel all that energetic or motivated today. Hope all of you are well. Wishing everyone a happy and peaceful Thursday!

Today has been a relaxed day for me. I’ve taken the trash out and back in and cleaned the kitchen. That’s aside from my morning ritual of meditation, deep breathing, yoga, green smoothie etc. I plan to casually continue cleaning house for the rest of today. After three days out it’s nice to stay in for a change with no commitments for the next several days. Tomorrow, I will run some errands and continue cleaning for my daughter’s return home.
I hope everyone is having a peaceful Thursday. Warm regards to all. |

I am OK! I did not have time for the gymnastics because there were important extra information about how to deal with the Corona Pandemi here in Europe at TV. I am well pleased with the clear information about what we can do and what we cannot do, here, and happy to hear that all the countries will try to do their best to stop the spreading of the virus. Plans for Friday: - Up at 08:00 - Breakfast - Visit grocery shop and pharmacy (have to do that early, because some people have gone bananas and hoard in whatever they find from toilet paper to butter). That means that I have to be at the grocery shop when the new supply comes in tomorrow. I am so angry because some are doing this. We have plenty of food in Europe and toilet paper too. The Corona is not dangerous for ordinary and physical healthy people, but for some of us, like me, it is very dangerous. (I have more than one of the physical illnesses that will put me at danger if I get the virus). I put my trust in God! - After the trip to the grocery I will rest (not sleep) a bit before I will do work in the home as long as my energy allows. I feel safe! I have family members in quarantine (hope that is the right word). They are not sick, but all who have traveled over the borders have to stay at home for two weeks in case they will become sick. A smart trick to not get the virus spread. If this lasts longer than expected we can use Skype to see and talk. With God on my side I am not afraid! A good Friday to everyone! |
