Plans for Friday:
- Up at 08:00
- Breakfast

- Visit grocery shop and pharmacy (have to do that early, because some people have gone bananas and hoard in whatever they find from toilet paper to butter). That means that I have to be at the grocery shop when the new supply comes in tomorrow. I am so angry because some are doing this. We have plenty of food in Europe and toilet paper too. The Corona is not dangerous for ordinary and physical healthy people, but for some of us, like me, it is very dangerous. (I have more than one of the physical illnesses that will put me at danger if I get the virus). I put my trust in God!

- After the trip to the grocery I will rest (not sleep) a bit before I will do work in the home as long as my energy allows.

I feel safe! I have family members in quarantine (hope that is the right word). They are not sick, but all who have traveled over the borders have to stay at home for two weeks in case they will become sick. A smart trick to not get the virus spread. If this lasts longer than expected we can use Skype to see and talk. With God on my side I am not afraid!

A good Friday to everyone!
I hadn’t realized you were in Europe. I wish you good luck at the pharmacy and the grocery store getting what you need. I hope you avoid the virus as do your family members. I wish good health for all of us during this pandemic.

Thank you so much! It is good to know that there is someone caring!

Best wishes to you and all people with some kind of Mental Disorder all over the world who are in an area where the virus spreads fast!

I've been taking it easy this morning. Just playing my games and reading. Soon I will start on some chores. I have a doctor's appointment today. I'm getting a knee injection. Once I'm done, I have an omelet waiting for me. It will be a nice treat. Hope everyone has a good Friday!

Today has been relaxed. I’m working on the house with frequent breaks. I’m going to pick up groceries tomorrow that I ordered today and some medication but aside from that I’m restricting my activities due to the virus.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Warm regards to all.

I got all the groceries I needed, but not "anti-infection water" at the pharmacy (to use when out and not at home where there is soap and water for the hands).

Plans for tomorrow (Saturday):

I have no special plans other than to get up at the same time as usual, and have regular meals. I will work in the home when the energy is there. It will be windy this weekend, so I do not think that I will go outside. Hope to do gym in front of an open window. (The Gym is closed and so is a lot of other public service included churches)

I hope everybody will have a good Saturday and that wherever you are your government will give you clear updates about the how to behave in these corona times.

In Europe Italy and Denmark have closed their borders, while most of the other countries have made rules for who they will allow to come into their countries. Tourists are not welcome ...

I canceled my doctor's appointment. Due to the virus, I didn't want to get out to a huge medical facility where I would be in close quarters with potentially sick people. I've canceled all my appointments for the next month. For some reason I don't feel well this evening. I think it might be stress. Important products that I need have sold out. My sister is going to try and see if she can find some to help me out. I will try to relax this evening and on a day to day basis, limit the news I consume. I want to feel calm not agitated. Hope everyone is doing well through this crises. Lots of love and hugs!

I went out today to pick up groceries that I’d pre-ordered and some medicine. Half the groceries I ordered were out of stock so I went around to several grocery stores on a treasure hunt. I found the food I was missing but alas, no bath tissue or hand sanitizer. I’m concerned about that. It wasn’t too much of a madhouse.

After all of that and unloading groceries in the rain, I’m relaxing at home. I plan to stay in for the next two weeks and do things around the house. I’m pretty calm although the virus has reached my city now.

I’m going to read what I hope to be a good book and then clean the dining room.

I hope everyone is having a peaceful Saturday. Warm regards to all.

Me too, for one week. I don't think I have enough food for more. I also need to stay in contact with my GP. The new medication is good for me, but I think it has some side-effects.

I became sick last night, was so cold that I thought I would never become warm again. I stood up and made a meal and then went to bed with wool all over from top to toe. I even wore a hat and had wool around my neck (in bed).

It can be side effects of the new medication, reactions after being vaccinated for pneumonia, or the start of Covid-19 (Corona).

I feel calm and relaxed. If it is the Covid -19 disease I know what to do (the information has been so good). Wait and see (not rush to be tested). There is not enough test personnel and I don't want to bother the all these good people on job day and night for our wellbeing if it is not necessary! As long as I am inside I cannot, if so, carry the virus on to others. If I get worse the forth or fifth day I will call the emergency and let them decide what to do.

If it is my new medication I can send my questions online to my GP. If it is the vaccination, I suppose it will stop soon.

"As your days are, so shall your strength be".

Tomorrow (Sunday) I have only scheduled one item on my plan: Watch a sermon at TV.

A good Sunday to each one of you!

I spent the morning working with my shopper to find alternatives for the food I ordered. More than half of the items were out of stock. She sent me pictures of empty store shelves. Whatever is going on, it's just crazy. In the end I had everything I needed. My sister helped me out. I feel more calm now. This morning it was an anxiety I hadn't experienced in a long time. I spent the afternoon meditating and listening to nature sounds. I also read some from my book. Tonight I hope to go to bed early. Wishing everyone well!

Today I have been busy doing chores, cooking and playing my game. I made a meatloaf and a casserole. I might cook some red beans and rice next. I'm liking staying busy. I cleaned litter boxes, opened packages, cleaned off my counters, cleaned up at the kitchen table and emptied the trash. Later I plan to read. I'm starting a new vampire book. Hope all of you are well. Best wishes for a safe and warm Sunday!

You can gratulate me! I have done my fist gymnastic exercises in front of an open window. I have trained almost all muscles groups. I feel much better today. (The symptoms of being cold was listed among side effects the first days after the vaccination and not for covid-19 or the new oral medication).
I will work 10 minutes on and off today.

May your Monday be good!

The warning icon is for the first lines. When I have finished what might be triggering I will put in a line of dots. Read all if you want to or just begin the reading after the dots.

Great Britain has asked people in the risk group to stay in quarantine for three months. Where I live the "quarantine people" are allowed to go out with their dogs and to take a walk in a park, passing others at a distance of one to two meters, but can be punished if they break the quarantine (goes for grocery or mingle with people). In my place every person that has the smallest symptoms of any kind, even if it is a normal cold, are to stay in quarantine for two weeks. Everybody who are not in the risk group are asked to keep contact online in some way or face to face through Skype.

The good news are that both in China and Italy people have started to become well again and the society has started to become normal again (some places).
........................................................
........................................................

My day has been OK. I have no symptoms and my kitchen is shining.
The new medication for depression is extremely helpful. I don't feel depressed at all.

Tomorrow (Tuesday) I will take a walk in a nearby park right after
breakfast. Then I will do the gymnastics as we usually do at the Gym that is now closed. I will eat and then take my shower.

I shall get up at seven every morning and keep an ordinary structure of the day by
eating at the same time each day. I will work ten minutes on and off during the day and
see news and films in the evenings. I will go to bed at the same time every evening.

After next Sunday my folks are out of the quarantine and they will shop groceries for me (and medication if that is needed).

I wish everybody a really good Tuesday!
