I’ve had a migraine today so I haven’t done anything but try to manage it. Tomorrow I’m going to set some type of structure if the migraine is gone. I know I have to go out tomorrow for medication and something for mom. I’ll take my disinfectant wipes with me.
I hope everyone is having a good day. Warm regards for a peaceful Tuesday. |

I found this video on how to try to live well in these corona times. Another member at PC presented it at the, for the time being, "corona-thread".
YouTube I send my best wishes and hopes for each one of you! |

I’m feeling much better today and I slept in late. No migraine and well rested. I will prepare and then brave the wilds for what I need. Today I will work on the house, cook taco soup, read a good book and do some painting. My computer is suddenly not letting me attend Zoom meetings so I will work on that as well.
I hope everyone is well and holding up okay. Warm regards to all. |

I am relaxing today, looking at old family photos and more. It was windy outside this morning. I didn't want to go out in that weather. I felt that my body was more than enough satisfied with my gymnastics yesterday, so that can wait for tomorrow.
I feel fine, not depressed, not especially tired, only perfectly fine with a "use the time as you wish" day. Be well all! |

I have to go to the doctor tomorrow since I’ve had 7 nosebleeds in two weeks. I’m not excited going to a doctor’s office right now with all the illness but at least they see well patients in the morning and ill patients in the afternoon then disinfect so maybe it will be okay.
After that, I’ve got to continue on the house since M decided to come down. Better now than later in the event of a lockdown. So tomorrow: 1. Doctor appointment 2. Grocery store for medicine 3. Clean house 4. Cook spaghetti I hope everyone has a calm, relaxing Wednesday. |

Hope there are nobody carrying the Corona virus at the waiting room! My son had a lot of nose bleedings while he was a boy. I took him to a doctor and he recommended eating lots of yoghurt. There is a particular vitamin in yoghurt that will help (sorry I don't remember what kind - it's years ago). I gave my son the recommend yogurts and his nose bleeding stopped. So, whatever advice your doctor gives you, may be you should try to eat more yoghurt (just a friendly reminder). Best wishes! |

I have used hours this morning ruminating about the past. It happened because I had a talk with my brother last evening (by phone, of course, in these corona-times). I had problems falling asleep that night and headache when I wake up this morning. I don't feel depressed, but "pissed off" by old "things". I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH PAST EXPEREINCES, BUT WANT TO LIVE IN PEACE IN THE HERE AND NOW!
Well, after all these hours plagued with old memories it's time to move on with the day. - I will take a walk in the park (with good distance to other people) - Eat when home again - Do gymnastics - Take a shower - Start the washing machine - Continue with the ten minutes on and off praxis May you find ways to relax in these corona times and be satisfied with yourself either if you are doing much or little! PS. I got a SMS from the doctor that examined my eyes last week (at the same time that I was going to post this input here). I have to stay in quarantine since one of the health workers there had got Covid-19. My son will come out of quarantine at Sunday and will be able to get me some groceries. Well, I have to go on with my "doings" this day. I am going to the park leaving all bad stuff behind. |

I haven't done much so far today. I cleaned some litter boxes but I have more to clean. I'm trying to relax. I hope to read today and play games. Unfortunately, right now I am too anxious to settle down. I may talk with my sister a while. Hope all of you are well! Best wishes for a good Wednesday!

I was not able to go to the doctor yesterday so I will go today. Hopefully, they’ll cauterize it and it will be done. I also have to go to my NP’s office for medication samples. Finally, I have a few errands to run.
Cleaning the house has been slowly progressing but I want it done. When I get home I plan on turning up the music, doing a little dancing and going on a cleaning spree (with frequent breaks). Then I can fully focus on other goals and on having fun. Wishing everybody a peaceful, anxiety free Thursday. |

My day was really bad yesterday. I would really appreciated some kind words from you folks. And, not to forget, people who have to sit in quarantine and not meet others need SUPPORT! I'm OK now, however. I have used most of the Thursday, so far, on inner work. I have repeated Townsend and Cloud about boundaries toward family members (to protect oneself) and reflected on important "things". - I will do gymnastics now for 20 - 30 minutes - Shower - Put on the washing machine - Make dinner - Start on the grocery list for the weekend and next week - Find out how I want to use the rest of the day ... Send my good wishes your way! |

If I could I would totally isolate at home. I might have already mentioned that I care for my 85 year old mom and a brother who has diabetes, COPD and heart issues. It’s up to me to get their medicine, food, etc. during this crisis. I very sparingly go out and am super careful when I do.
Thank you for the concern! |

Please take care! I know that the American Health Care system is differnt then in some of the European Countries, so I don't know what to say. My old mother has had daily help from public health care system at her home each day for a small amount of money. She don't want them to come now in these conora times. I have to use public transport to reach her. I cannot do that since I am in the risk group myself. I do speak to her almost every day on phone. A sibling goes to the grocery and pharmacy for her. If that sibling get sick, a volonteer person will do it in stead. (We have lots of voluntairs here - they help with everything from helping in the grocery shops to helping at the hospitals. Many are taken out of their ordinary jobs because they are not needed in these corona times. That's why they can do voluntair work). I am in the risk group. My son will go to the grocey shop when he can leave his quarantine soon. If he becomes sick, somebody I do not know will do it for me either as volonteer or they will come from the municipality here. I hope you know whom to contact if they become sick (or if you have some vague symptoms yourself. It be can be covid-19 and then you (according to the rules here) are not allowed to visit them. My very best wishes for you and your family! |
