I got little done today aside from live training for one of my programs and making dinner. I watched tv all day apart from that. I’ll try for more structure and productivity tomorrow.

I didn't do much Sunday. Just a few normal routine things. I guess for fun I listened to music. And I slept a lot. I have gone for 10 days without vaping. I guess it's about 10 days. I'm starting to lose track of time. Mostly I am bored.

I had a busy day today. I packed up my computer again to reship to Dell. I also did some cleaning in my bathroom and kitchen. I picked up in the living room and tore down some big boxes. I have a huge junk pile forming. My sister said if she's in town this weekend, she'll haul it to the dumpster for me. I just have to put it on my patio for her. So that will be helpful for me. I hope everyone is well.

I worked on the house today - cleaned the kitchen and dining room and completed my inner work. I’m in a few programs: one lasts a year, two 6 weeks, one 8 weeks and one 21 days. I stay pretty busy with those. Making great progress. I sat with mom and watched two movies and ate dinner together from 4:00 to roughly 12:05. She’s been lonely so I’m carving out more visitation time.

Tomorrow I will continue on the house and run errands: pick up meds, groceries and wash my car. I will of course do my innerwork, make dinner and plan to paint and read as well.

I was productive yesterday: worked on the den, went grocery shopping and to pick up meds, made dinner, did teletherapy, took the trash out, made phone calls and did some inner work. I hope today is just as productive. I’m feeling pretty good today.

I'm not doing well today. I'm tired and don't want to do anything. I forced myself to exercise this morning. Now I need to clean litter boxes but I don't want to. I also have food I need to cook. I just feel depressed and overwhelmed. Maybe I'll give the food away. I don't know. Maybe one more day without cooking will be fine. I can always freeze stuff too. I hope everyone is doing well today.

Thank you! I decided to cook but put the least amount of effort into it.

It took me a few days but I got the house sparkling in time for my daughter’s visit. It feels and looks good. I am enjoying her visit thoroughly. I’ve been more productive overall which has been nice. I’m doing well.
