Today I took mom and brother to PT, worked on the den some and did some innerwork. Tomorrow, I plan to hit the ground early and running and knock out much of this pesky to do list.

I don't have much I have to do today. I really want to get a shower though. I'm struggling with it. Maybe I can reward myself. I plan on cleaning litter boxes and resting today. I need to be patient and nice to myself. Hope everyone is doing well!

Still working on getting everything ready for my daughter’s visit. Relaxed yesterday, visited with mom and got a spa pedicure. I need to double down today and get a lot done. I was planning to get up at 5:00 am and get started but it’s already after 2:00 so that’s out. Oh well! I’ll start when I get up. Glad I’m feeling better.

Very sad today. I did complete my to do list, which included cleaning up in the bathroom. I took care of the cats and I played games. Don't understand why I feel so bad. I think I will go to bed early. Can't think about tomorrow. Hope all of you are well!

I worked more on my bathroom, cleaned litter boxes, opened packages and took out the trash. So far I'm having a nice day. Hope everyone is well this Saturday!

Thank you, Jennifer! It has been good to take a break from the thread. This thread has been very helpful to me and I am grateful for all the help, hugs and thanks I have been given here. I have enjoyed yours and the others company!

But there is a time for everything, a time to begin and a time to leave ("a time to sow and a time to reap", as the Bible says). I think all the good words, hugs and more are ready for the "harvest" when it comes to my participating here.

Since the day I understood that most of my depression, now, is related to my situation with more then one physical illness, I understood that I had to work in a different way with both my depressive tendencies and with my physical illnesses. So that is what I try to do for the time being.

I am satisfied with that! Of course it can happen that I come back if I struggle very much with my depression. We have to wait and see. I will not promise it. (One day it will be your turn to leave. Self-help groups are not meant for ever, you know, but as a step in the right direction in one's recovery).

I cleaned the tub in the bathroom, wiped down the counters, washed dishes and cleaned litter boxes. I've also been playing my games and talking with family. For the rest of the day, I will relax and maybe do some art. Hope everyone is doing well!

I cleaned all the litter boxes, wiped off my kitchen counters, cleaned off my coffee table (preparing for a Jigsaw Puzzle), played online games and did some drawing. I feel like doing some watercolor painting now. Not sure what I'll do tomorrow. Hopefully do fun things and work on my kitchen some more. Wishing everyone well!

I had a friend come in and clean the house while I worked on the den. I’m pleased with both. I made real progress with the den and my daughter said she would help me disseminate everything I’m donating when she comes to town tomorrow. Tired but proud that I’m finally seeing major movement on this room.

Been working on my living room instead of the kitchen. It's shaping up nicely. Doing a load of laundry at the moment. I'll work on my art in a little bit and play games later today. Hope all of you are having a good day!

I've had energy this morning. I've washed dishes, cleaned the litter boxes, washed my sheets and now I'm in the process of making the bed. Later I will straighten up my bathroom and then take a nap for a while. Hope everyone is doing well this Monday.

You have been in my thoughts. I have hoped you were doing well.

My days have been good. I have been clever to rest when I needed it and have given myself a lot of pats on the back because I manage to live with chronic physical disorders and at the same time observe my mental state.

The last days I have noticed a change in my my inner "red flags" ("inner warning signs"). These red flags tells me that it would be best for me to use the "Looking for accountability partners to get things done when depressed" again. (Without the whole title of the original thread the title becomes without a purpose. To cut off half of the title was not wise).

It is usually at this time I get my SAD (Winter depression). So here I am for the time being.

My plans for Tuesday:

- Up at 07:30
- Breakfast at 8:00 with "sun lamp"
- 09:00 Mindfulness exercises
- 09:20 Shower
- Walk in the park
- Put dirty sauce pans in the dishwasher for a special program
- Lunch
- Visit the grocery shop
- Hovering
- Make dinner
- Eat it
- Coffee
- Take out the sauce pans and load the rest for another program
- Study for one hour at least

So these are my plans for tomorrow!

I’ve been missing in action here lately. I believe SAD has descended but I’m putting up a good fight. I did use my sunlamp today and made it to the doctor, listened to some empowering webinars and had some family friends over to the house.

Plans for tomorrow:

1. Run errands
2. Pick up house
3. Empowering webinars
4. Use sunlamp
5. Enjoy fall and friends

To be able to benefit from the thread, now, I need to use it differently. Since I have understood that improvement in feeling more energized is not possible, I cannot go on posting a list and then come back telling all I didn't got done. That makes me feel so useless.

I will rather plan what to do, present my list, but take all the necessary breaks my health need during the day. I will evaluate if the day has been used in a wise way, according to my total health, instead of the "did this, but not that".

So far this day I feel that I have used it well, but mot according to the plan. After breakfast I was going to the Mindfulness exercises. Since it's been some time since I used to do them, I repeated parts of the lessons I have on videos, listened to the whole online teaching and prayers for this week (and prayed alone afterward). This has taken me hours. With this new attitude to what is most important in how I spend my day, I feel happy. I have done hours of work to benefit my health, so there is no need to feel that I'm not good enough.

With regard to the program I have bought, I have one more exercise to do (about 8 minutes or so and one more break where God is in the center (called "Sacramental Pause") ).

For now I need a break before I visit the grocery shop.


I hope to come back later today to be accountable for the rest of the day.

At this moment I feel rather tired. It is some kind of good tiredness. I have been busy all day long, whit either the Mindfulness exercises (almost 5 hours), shopping, making dinner and so on. I will relax with some reading, study for a while and then go to bed.

What I hope to manage at Wednesday, (but no catastrophe if I cannot do everything):

- 08:00 Breakfast with «Sun-lamp»
- Load the dishwasher
- 09:00 Go for a walk in the nearest park

I was able to run one errand to pick up my meds and entertain friends at the house again today. I also did some innerwork and picked up the house minimally. What I end up accomplishing in a day’s time only faintly mirrors what plans I post so I may stop doing that. Too much pressure. For today, I will post plans:

1. Run errands
2. Clean house
3. Bible study
4. Innerwork
