I'm feeling Okay this morning. I have a doctor's appointment today. I don't plan to do any chores until after my appointment. I'm trying to conserve energy. I want to make it to my appointment so I can get refills on my meds. It's very important. Later I will deal with litter boxes and cleaning my kitchen. Wishing everyone a wonderful Friday!

This is how far I have come in my doings today. I will soon take out the trash and continue with my plans. I only wanted to say something first!

I feel happy and am enjoying the moment. I have been doing a lot of thinking after my therapy session yesterday. I am asking myself: "Why stress about doing this and doing that when I instead could put my energy into doing something good for myself?" I am planning to get my house in order so that there will only be small things to do in the home every day. Hopefully not more than an hour every day. I hope it is possible to succeed with coming into a weekly routine that makes it possible to not do more (Flylady recommends babysteps and only one hour of work in the home each day. I totally agree with that).

This morning I did the "swish and swipe in the bathroom" exercise from Flylady. I hope I will remember to do that every morning. It's a flying start on the day, so to speak.

If I am not able to make the house ready for the "only one hour a day"-habit, my son will visit me and help me with the rest next week.

I have so many things I want to do in my free time, reading, inviting people to dinner, enjoying nature, fishing, hiking and more...

Hope I am able to make this come through!

I made it to my doctor's appointment and I stopped by the pharmacy. I think I'm going to rest this afternoon. My blood sugar has been low lately. I've been dizzy and lightheaded. Eating helps. I wonder if I have to lower my insulin. I'll find out next week. Wishing a wonderful weekend for everyone!

It was too windy yesterday. It felt as if I was going to blow away on my way to and from the grocery shop. The result is that I have flu-like symptoms today (Saturday). My head feels so heavy, but I'm not depressed!

If you read my post about only using one hour each day on work in the home and use more on free time, I want to tell that so it is, but it is also a decision about to take life as it comes. I have four different diseases, as told. My immune system is not of the best one, but this is the life I have. I cannot sit in and avoid buying necessary food because that may make me sick in bad weather.

So here I am, accepting that so it is. I feel good about it (no self-blame for not being good enough).

I will take it easy today, only do the most necessary like emptying the dishwasher and so on, perhaps read a book or something else that is de-stressing.

I slept mostly this morning. And I played my game some. Soon I will do my cooking for the week. I plan to make dirty rice and fajitas. It's going to be a quiet day. I don't plan to do much of anything else. Maybe read later. Hope all of you are enjoying the weekend!

I just cooked my dirty rice. I ran out of energy. I didn't get to the fajitas. I'm cleaning my kitchen now. And I've been cleaning litter boxes. I figure I have to do those things. The fajitas can wait until tomorrow. I'm not feeling all that well emotionally. I feel all alone. And very sad. Maybe I can read some or watch a movie. I need to find something to shift my mood. Hope all of you are well.

Doing well today. I’ve spent a relaxing day painting, reading and watching good movies. Tomorrow my plans are to run errands, clean one room, cook dinner and to record affirmations for the new level of my meditation download.

I have to cope with a low level of energy today. It is so low that it is not easy to stay awake and try to read or something ... I saw a sermon on TV. I almost fell asleep during that. I am forcing myself to at least try to surf on the Internet and am drinking coffee. I will decide later if I have to go to bed again (may be I'll do that, but only to rest and not to sleep).

May this Sunday is a good one for you!

I’m not going to schedule or plan anything next week aside from getting to and through those appointments. The rest of the time I will play it by ear as to what to do. I will pick back up on planning Friday.

Today I have taken it easy. I watched documentaries on robots and played my game. I'm cooking at the moment... making green bean casserole. Very easy to do and quite rewarding. I'm really getting back into cooking. Maybe I can come up with some new recipes this week. Later today I will clean my house. I'll focus on the litter boxes and the kitchen. I plan to straighten up in my living room as well. Wishing everyone the best for a Monday.

I had a good morning, felt relaxed at breakfast. Have been to the Gym. Am eating my lunch now and still feel OK. Will do my one hour of work in the home for today, rest and then visit the grocery store. I will probably read for relaxation. (Bad weather outside).

I quickly ran out of energy. I've decided I won't clean. I'm too tired. I will have to take care of litter boxes though. I think I might try to get caught up on sleep. I'm sad and irritated. I think because I really didn't sleep well. Maybe later I will have energy again. Hope all of you are well.

I got more done today and in a more relaxed manner then when I keep a schedule and timeline. I visited with my mom, completed some inner work, worked on clearing out our storage room, ran errands and went grocery shopping. I still had time to sneak in a good movie and some painting. I’m in good spirits. I’m going to continue the same no plan for tomorrow.

I feel OK and will do my one hour of work in the home later today (Tuesday). For now I need to go to bed to let my body rest (not sleep). Even if I don't eat anything sweet at breakfast, my blood glucose always becomes high after breakfast and makes me sleepy. I will visit the grocery store later today and perhaps take a walk in the neighborhood. To be aware of my relationship with God and eat healthy during the day is in my mind as well.

This day did not turn out well. I was sleepy after breakfast, struggled a few hours with that, then sleepy after lunch, the same pattern followed during the day. I am still sleepy. In addition I feel a lack of hope ...

I have to make some plans for tomorrow and here they come:

- Sleep until I wake up
- Breakfast
- Shower
- 10 minutes on and off with work in the home

I send a special greeting to Jennifer who had a doctors appointment today!
