I did my morning Mindfulness exercises. I have washed the floor in the bathroom. I have hovered the floors in the entrance, the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom. After hovering I washed the floor in the kitchen. I did not have the capacity to do the dusting, so that has to wait for another day. The washing machine is working and I will soon empty the dishwasher.

I feel tired in a good way, as if I have been to the gym or something! I will rest a bit before I make dinner and start the weekend. I will of course do my Mindfulness training before I go to bed.

For Sunday I have these plans so far:

- Up early and early breakfast.
- Visit Church
- Visit sick relative
- Make us a wonderful lunch
- Chat together for some time
- Travel home again
- I will attend the lecture of my Mindfulness class (at video)
- Dinner
- Relax
- Read the Mindfulness chapter for this week
- Do whatever I want to do with the rest of the day

Thank you for your concern. I had been waking up at 1:00 am several nights in a row but it seems to be resolved now.

I had an Okay day yesterday. I ordered groceries, did some art, cleaned litter boxes, cleaned up in the kitchen and worked on my CBT sessions for depression. I'm using the Wysa app mainly. Thanks @Jennifer 1967 for talking about it. I even decided to get a coach.

Today I will chat with my coach, work on my art, clean litter boxes and pick up in the living room. Hope all of you have a wonderful Sunday!

Glad to hear that you have a normal sleep rhythm again! (As you know some psychiatric disorders start with lack of sleep several days in a row). If this comes back (little sleep for days), please don't hesitate to visit a doctor! You are worth the best treatment !

As you can see from my "Done" marks above, the first part of my day was OK. What happened afterward was that I was so tired when I came home, that I was almost not in shape to do anything. I made a soup, ate it with bread and that was that. I fell asleep on the couch. Had little energy when I woke up. Still I don't feel depressed. I have other diseases (physical ones), that can make me tired.

Instead of feeling that I was falling into the black hole, I felt more that I was an observer that registered what was happening to me (I mean, if this is how it is with me, so be it. I can handle to live with it).

Since I was not able to attend the video course, I will read the chapter for the week after I have written this.

Plans for Monday:

- Sleep as long as I need!
- Do Mindfulness exercises
- See the video from the classroom about Mindfulness
- Work in the home

This weekend did pretty well at accomplishing the basics of what needs to get done with running errands to get dog food, groceries, my favorite bread sold at a particular store, check mail, put gas in the car, walk my dog, ate lunch out with meetup friends, and accomplished my goal of socializing at least once this week. Didn’t make it to get yard work done and did wash my car which was really needed since the back window has sticky tree sap on it. Didn’t apply for any jobs online which kind of ongoing goal since may apply for a different job within same organization. Still relaxed some with little bit of tv show binging. I’m wanting to date, but recently interested guy only irritates me, back to the drawing board. So many aspirations, hopes, and ambitions, dashed sometimes, but still I keep trying. Wow noticed I have 999 posts now.

Struggling today. Feeling pretty down. I don't want to do anything, not even my art. I'll clean litter boxes and maybe take a shower. I turned off my cell phone. I don't want to talk to anyone today. Too stressful, too sad, too much trouble... I even told my online T I wasn't going to check in today. I shouldn't be here either. I'm breaking my own rules. I want to isolate.

Sorry to hear that you have a bad day, Deilla! It is OK to not be in the "right shape" from time to time. Please don't self-blame! Try to accept that this happened and make some easy plans to follow for tomorrow. Sometimes there are two steps forward and one step back. Today you have your one step back. Tomorrow there is a new beginning.

Today has not been a good day. I didn't find the mindfulness exercises helpful, but will try again tomorrow. The video from the classroom lasted for 1 1/2 hour without breaks. I was so sleepy that I had to stop the video many times. So it took it's time to finish it. I was really tired afterward. Still I managed to make dinner. Have rested at the couch and have tried to use Netflix as help to concentrate about something else.

I have no other plans for tomorrow (Tuesday) then to do the Mindfulness exercises twice, visit the grocery store and make dinner (think I will buy a pizza).

I spent all day at the pool chatting with friends and floating. I’m not beating myself up over it because I needed the break. I get up every day and work hard at getting better. Some days I feel burned out. I’m going to straighten the house and clean the bathrooms then call it quits.

Plans for tomorrow:

1. Session with life coach
2. Float in the pool
3. Go through storage unit items
4. Clean the living room
5. Take mom to doctor
6. Affirmations/visualization/meditation

Feeling a little better today. I slept most of yesterday. Today I plan to clean litter boxes, wash dishes and take a shower. That's all I can handle. And I might put my new monitor together if it's not too much of a struggle. It's heavier than I thought it would be. Hope all of you are well!

This morning I feel better. I will not rush to set up a plan for the day because I already picked a few items for this day yesterday. I have noticed before that when I have an active day, the next day I feel drained of energy.

This is how my life has become. The question is if that is how it will continue to be (with physical illnesses and tendencies to depression) or if it can be improved.

I will work to improve it, but I also recognize that if it cannot be improved, I will have to accept that so it is and find a lifestyle that is appropriate to live with all these diseases.

For now we will see ...

May your Tuesday be a good one where you feel well if you did much and even if you couldn't do more then a few things.

I put my monitor together and set it up. Yay! I also got my shower! Double yay! I cleaned little boxes but I didn't get to the dishes. Maybe in the morning. It's time for bed now. I've been dealing with computer problems all day.
