Bought myself breakfast out, snuggled in the lazy boy while I watched the news. Got some work done early so now I am getting support here on PC

I took my meds, gave myself some insulin, opened the slider for fresh air and cuddled with the cats.

I'm thankful for this thread. I just realized I forgot to take certain medications.

Organized and found a few lost items

Listened to music to cope and I cried. It actually helped to cry more today.

I worked on one task at a time and patted myself on the back for getting through another day. I also took breaks and rested in bed as needed. I ate.
