I feel pretty good this morning. I slept for 7 hours last night. When I woke up early, I just made myself stay in bed. It was uncomfortable for a little while but I fell back asleep. Have to keep trying to do that. I have so much energy and enthusiasm today. It's really nice for a change.

I been feeling really down I'm the past two days.

less than six hours into my day and it's tanked due to the insensitive remarks and degrading comments of two people! now I want to crawl back into my hole and not come out for a while! [wish I could un-hear what I heard ]

I have a very sore throat. Plus, my PCP called to tell me labs show I'm seriously anemic. I guess both are reasons I'm so awful tired.

My S.O. is in the rehab/nursing home. I want to bring him home soon, but a couple more days might help me recover.

Well, I'm in the upside of the 'Up's & Downs' for now, so I'm 'happy' about that. Just moderately depressed. No thoughts to end it. Enjoying the peace that nighttime brings.

This is a start of my weekend. For some strange reason I had elected to come to work on Monday and it's a holiday. The package carriers will be working that day. I wish that it was going to be a full holiday for us. It was going to and then the company changed it's mind. They've done that before.

Nothing planned for this weekend other than cleaning tomorrow morning and shopping afterwards. I seem like that part, but when it's over, then the weekend goes downhill emotionally for me.

I hope my friend and I will get together. But we're squabbling about who's coming over to who's place. He says that he can't come over because he's not able to and then I don't like going to his place because I don't feel comfortable there. As for me, I wouldn't feel comfortable if we just went halfway to meet. Maybe we might split up because of this. I am getting tired of him anyways and I think that he feels the same way about me. It's going to be hard to lose the only friend I've got. I hate to lose him but it's really hard to make friends.

@will19, sorry you are struggling with meeting your friend. Have you thought about meeting online and chatting while ya'll watch a movie or something. There's a place where you create a virtual meeting spot:

I worked with it a little bit. It's pretty cool. I was going to watch videos with a friend of mine but he decided he didn't want to. You can also listen to music and shop Amazon.

The pain was too bad to travel this morning to see M and that makes me very, very angry. I have a commitment at church tomorrow (if I can go) so I can’t see her then either. I’m so very disappointed right now. Asking more empowering questions around the situation may help after I’ve calmed down. Just sick of everything right now.

I was very busy this morning with laundry, cleaning, and shopping. I felt like I had intense busyness this morning like I never had before.

Well, my friend was going to come to visit me today. But I blew it and really got mad at myself because of my own carelessness. What happened was that he called me at 10AM and wanted to tell me that he was coming over. But it turned out I had shut off my headset phone ringer and voice mail. I hadn't realized that it was like that. Boy, didn't I get mad at myself. I've had it happen before; when I'm going to get what I want and then I blow it with carelessness. It's just like blowing an answered prayer or a blessing that would come my way!

For part of the day I have been feeling a little bit dizzy. I don't know why. I've had it before. Maybe it's because it's unseasonably hot outside today. I hate hot days in November when it's normally not like that where I am. Also early afternoon looks like late afternoon with the sunlight.

And also I had picked out a movie this afternoon and I think that it's going to be a kind of movie that I am not going to like. I didn't pay attention enough to fully read what the movie is about. I felt rushed when I was at the library to get that movie. Oh well!

I'm looking forward to finishing my current project and working seriously on my next project. I've already started on the next one, of course, but only a very small amount of work per day while the finishing of my current project takes precedence. I think my next one could be the one.
