i am dealing now with my guilty feelings and thoughts...

This is hard for me too.
Thank you for speaking of it LT...

I have trouble with self empathy and compassion for my inner cub.
No wonder TS struggles with this today...

i am reading the book CHOICE THEORY by dr glasser....
he says good relationships are vital to health...
i will read on....my marriage causes me so much stress...
