i am afraid...fear and panic have taken me down 3 times already..in my life
my best friend irl may be leaving me...now soon i need to go out to the store...but this virus scares me... the biggest problem is handling these fears so they don't get blown out of proportion... i am practicing mindfulness but it is not helping like valium... |

i just was meditating....i was breathing ok...but then i became very angry and shaking...
then i was calm...but right after i was sobbing about all my friends irl leaving me....i am terrified about being alone...it started at age 5...trauma then...with parents fighting... |

i had one lady psychologist and one man psychiatrist that actually cared about me...
they were a great help...i had one psychiatrist that was mad at me for being sick... |
