the science guys agree on one thing...
what we are eating has a huge impact on the brain...
but we are still faced with what diet to follow...

I eat a healthy diet.
My brain is still very dysfunctional...

I feel my plight stems from a dysfunctional sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

I send good wishes to you LT with your amazing effort. I think it helps to eat well.

LT, I think I need to take klonopin regularly now. I am getting several small moderate to severe panic attacks throughout the day. I am nervous. What if dependence develops and I need to increase the dosage to get the desired effect? However I take a small dosage now - . 25mg.
But taking klonopin helps... helps me get out of bed and I can push myself to try to follow my daily to do list.
Need your and others' advice on this.
I am trying to hang in there, but it's very tough.

mimi---i can't say for you...i even have trouble saying for me...
the benzos are so good but the problem of dependence...
i struggle on certain days...i want a valium...i need a valium to handle
a bad mood...but i am trying meditation to replace valium...and also
i look at dr claire weekes books about panic....
